Odoo Thailand Localization

แนวทางการจัดการระบบ Odoo ให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดทางบัญชีและภาษีของประเทศไทย

🇹🇭 ภาษาไทย

1. การติดตั้งเบื้องต้น (Basic Setup)

  • Module l10n_th: เมื่อสร้างฐานข้อมูลและเลือกประเทศเป็น “Thailand” Odoo จะติดตั้งผังบัญชี (Chart of Accounts) มาตรฐานของไทยให้อัตโนมัติ
  • Currency: ตั้งค่าสกุลเงินหลักเป็น THB (฿) และตั้งค่าทศนิยมเป็น 2 ตำแหน่ง

2. การจัดการภาษี (Tax Management)

  • VAT (ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม): ตั้งค่าภาษีขายและภาษีซื้อที่อัตรา 7% โดยระบุ Tax Group ให้ชัดเจนเพื่อออกรายงานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (ภ.พ.30)
  • Withholding Tax (ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย):
    • สร้างภาษีประเภท “Python Code” หรือ “Fixed” สำหรับหัก 1% (ขนส่ง), 3% (บริการ), 5% (ค่าเช่า)
    • ต้องระบุข้อมูลผู้เสียภาษี (Tax ID) ของทั้งบริษัทเราและคู่ค้าในหน้า Contact

เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับกรมสรรพากร รายงาน PDF ต้องมีข้อมูลครบถ้วน:

  • ใบกำกับภาษี (Tax Invoice): ต้องมีคำว่า “ใบกำกับภาษี” ที่ชัดเจน, เลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี 13 หลัก, และระบุ “สำนักงานใหญ่” หรือ “สาขาที่…”
  • การจัดการฟอนต์: หากใช้ On-premise ต้องติดตั้งฟอนต์ภาษาไทย (เช่น TH Sarabun) ใน Server เพื่อให้ wkhtmltopdf แสดงผลภาษาไทยได้ถูกต้อง

4. การตั้งค่าภาษา (Language Settings)

  • ไปที่ Settings > Translations > Languages เพื่อติดตั้งภาษาไทย
  • ตั้งค่า Format วันที่ให้เป็น DD/MM/YYYY
  • ตั้งค่าตัวเลขให้ใช้เครื่องหมาย Comma (,) สำหรับหลักพันและจุด (.) สำหรับทศนิยม

1. Core Configuration

  • L10n_th Module: Standard Thai Chart of Accounts is automatically loaded when the country is set to Thailand.
  • Reporting: Thai-specific reports such as VAT reports (P.P.30) and Withholding Tax certificates are supported.

2. Taxation in Thailand

  • Value Added Tax (VAT): Standard rate of 7% for sales and purchases.
  • Withholding Tax (WHT): Essential for service-based businesses (1%, 3%, 5%). Odoo manages this via specific tax configurations linked to vendor bills or customer payments.

3. Localization Challenges

  • Document Layouts: Invoices must strictly follow Revenue Department guidelines (Tax ID, Branch info, “Head Office” label).
  • Thai Fonts: Ensuring PDF reports render Thai characters correctly requires installing proper fonts (e.g., Google Fonts or Thai Government fonts) on the server.

4. Translation & UI

  • Switching the UI to Thai via the Translation menu.
  • Note: As of 2025, community translations are managed via Weblate. Local customizations can be done through the Studio app or by overriding .po files.
